 Fellow Golfers!
This Website is dedicated to those
golfers who have always thought about what it might
be like to play professional golf. As hard as
I might try, I don't think I'll make the tour cut...
But you never know... There
is always hope! And that's what makes the game
of golf so fun, at least for myself.
At a more realistic level,
Pro Scorecard provides me with an "outlet" or "escape" of
sorts. As the years seem to pile up and my
thoughts of realizing the PGA Tour pass me by with
every season, Pro Scorecard is a vehicle in which
I can refocus my energies into providing other
golfers, with the same dream, a place to come
together. A place where all golfers can meet
and play, from high to low handicappers and everyone
else in-between.
I have always thought about
creating, building and providing a website focused
on golf, for golfers. Pro Scorecard is the
culmination of thousands of hours of golfing, phone
calls, relationship management, Web development,
learning and so on... but most of all, it's been
fun, and still is. Otherwise, without the fun,
I don't think I could have created what you see
today.
Pro Scorecard continues to be a
work in progress! Over the years, golfers such
as yourself have made suggestions, comments and
criticisms on my work. Keep your thoughts
coming, as your feedback has helped immensely in
bringing the site to the level it is today.
I hope that your visit to
Pro Scorecard leaves you with at least a glimmer of golf
inspiration... Maybe some sort of "golf
resolution" that you will carry into each new
season. Something you can strive for and live
up to when you are on (or off) the course.
Most of all, I hope your visit is
fun, like the game is supposed to be.
There is nothing more enjoyable for me than to play
a friendly game of golf. Whether with my wife, friends,
colleagues or complete strangers, the game is simply
a joy to play.
It's time to go play around!
